ABOUT THE PROGRAM

NLTV’s internship program offers an interesting and challenging work environment where students can learn how movies are made and gain hands-on experience related to their majors. We have many different departments that provide a wide range of experiences, so we encourage you to browse our department descriptions before applying for an internship. All internships are unpaid and students must receive college credit to participate in our program. We look forward to working with you!

Interns learn the feature film development process by assisting the department with administrative duties, writing coverage, updating the submission database and covering phones. The analysis of books and manuscripts factors heavily into this internship, so an aptitude for analytical reading and writing is necessary. Previous entertainment experience strongly preferred. Applicants must be current college students who can receive credit for the internship.
